Every Nigerian delegate, including students, is expected to pay a sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira only (N25, 000.00) or one hundred and fifty Dollars ($150) for international participants. The registration fees cover conference materials, tea and lunch during the conference, and e-certificate.

There is a waiver of #5, 000 for student whose abstract is accepted. Thus, such student would be expected to pay a sum of Twenty Thousand Naira only (#20,000) once confirmation of abstract approval is received.
